How to Lose 10 Pounds in Two Weeks

If you're anything like most people, you truly want to find a secret spell that will tell you how to lose 10 pounds by eating cheesecake. Sorry, not going to happen. Cheer up, though. It's quite possible for you to lose 10 pounds without killing yourself by running 12 miles or climbing 756 steps a day. The magical secret? The answer lies in sprouts.

Vegetables:

So, here's how to lose 10 pounds with veggies. Oh, and you can have meat too, but the thing to remember is that it has to be very lean meat, such as fish or chicken. You only want to eat it once a day, about 2 to 3 ounces. You probably want to throttle me right now, don't you? I know, but don't worry, I promise you won't starve if you follow this diet.

When you're hungry, eat vegetables. Feel free to eat them like candy the entire day. Leafy green veggies like lettuce, turnip greens, and spinach are the best way to go. This will keep you from being hungry, and it is a very easy way to learn how to lose 10 pounds quickly.

This diet shouldn't last more than a week or two. In the meantime, don't forget to drink tons of water.
