Acne Cure: A New Approach to an Old Problem

*Keep your hair off of your face

Oil from your hair may transfer onto your face and lead to acne breakouts. If you have oily hair you should wash it regularly and keep it in a ponytail when going to bed.

*Wash your bedding frequently

Your pillowcase will absorb the oil from your face and transfer it back to your skin. You should keep your bedding as clean as possible. Try changing sheets every other day to see if it this helps to reduce your breakouts.
