Food Intolerance Test: Home Test Kit
Many of the foods which find themselves into your daily diet may actually be, in essence, poisoning you, foods which can be found at any supermarket or restaurant. If you've been experiencing a greater then usual amount of gas, wind or bloating, it may be due to food allergies or intolerance.
Food allergies come in many forms; there is lactose intolerance (the inability to digest dairy products), peanut allergies, and many more. There are even cases where people have suffered from food intolerance their whole life without ever knowing it! This is particularly alarming because food intolerance has been linked to such conditions as migraines, eczema, asthma, chronic fatigue, and ibs (irritable bowel syndrome).
There are many people that cannot eat soy beans. Unfortunately, soy appears in most of the foods that we eat, often in the form of soy bean oil or ground soy. Soy can appear as soy-based preservatives in processed foods, the oil used to cook fast food, and can even be mixed in with hamburgers to reduce their cost. Every time you go to a restaurant there may be poisonous soy in your food!
One of the normal ways to test for food allergies is a food intolerance test. One of the most common food intolerance tests is a method called ELISA IgG Blood Test, which consists of pricking the finger of the testee to draw a few drops of blood. The blood is then tested for antibody reactions to various foods.
Determining whether you have a food intolerance has in the past required making an appointment at the doctors office for a food intolerance test, and that can lead to long periods of waiting, both in the lobby and the doctors office, disinterested and uncaring doctors and nurse staff and the discomfort of having to take the test. Now, however, a home intolerance test kit has been developed which allows you to bypass all such inconveniences. The test only takes you five minutes to do, and then just pop the supplied envelope in the post, and it's much more cost effective.
There is no need to worry in case you have been suffering from conditions such as gas, wind, bloating, migraines, eczema, asthma, chronic fatigue, or ibs (irritable bowel syndrome which may be due to suffering from a food intolerance. You can use an intolerance test kit to put your mind at ease and lead to a better, happier life.
