Simple Fasting and Detoxification: A Not So Healthy Choice
Centuries ago, before medicine, drugs, pharmaceuticals, and alcohol - often the reasons behind a body that is sick now and killing bodies from the inside - there was not nearly the need to detoxify and fast. As frightening as this may sound, our bodies usually are stronger and capable than we think, but its our own behavior that lead to poisoning our bodily cells and unnecessarily suffering, unfairly sucking life from our longevity. Did you know that your body has an absolutely amazing ability to detoxify itself? It's true and it's a good thing too, because the majority of of us eat or absorb too many dangerous toxins and ingredients that in effect, begin choking your body, on a fairly regular basis.
If you eat a fresh healthy diet, are interested in pursuing a healthy living and you do not smoke or drink alcohol in out of the ordinary quantities, your body is probably better equipped to clean out and cleanse, detoxify and get rid of the toxins - in fact, you may be completely clueless about the potentially hazardous that you are eating in your everyday diet - that you eat all day long: breakfast, lunch, dinner and all snacks or meals in between. If you currently smoke or your diet is mostly made up of fast food, processed ingredients, artificial ingredients, international cuisine, foods from questionable environments: kitchens or countries or the American favorite, junk food, your body is likely overtaxed and desperate for help.
If you are constantly tired to the point you are wondering if you have 'Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - CFS', you're experiencing consistent lapses of forgetting things, lack of concentration, or perhaps, you often are sick, catching a cold, susceptible to allergic reactions, and catch practically any virus that surfaces where you work, you might very well need a health check-up, tune-up, some easy fasting and detoxification, the almighty cleanse or a quick body detox, or worse, you might need a complete health overhaul.
Individuals with such symptoms certainly would benefit from learning about ways to detoxify your body.
Those who have adopted a regular routine of fasting and detoxification, either just one of the two or in combination, have testified to having more energy, a sharper mind, feeling rejuvenated, bragging to their physician with surprising turnarounds, but the benefits of fasting and detoxification are vast, and there simply is not enough room to list them all here, in this arena.
True, there are a whole bunch of health benefits to doing a fast or body detox, but there are also bad parts and to be frank, they can be deadly if you are not careful and ignore such 'medical', or health warnings. I'm not kidding. There are droves of people who are quick to publish and print in health publications, health forums, or health articles about fasting and detoxification benefits pulled straight from the news, often labeling it as the "best of the best" diet pill, or the "miracle" in a bottle, so to speak, that will fix all conditions, ailments and health problems from top to bottom.
But, few even realize, perhaps why the so called experts rarely ever bother to mention the down side, or the dangers after or during a body detox - in fact, improper detoxification methods can lead to your death - killing you, if you aren't crystal clear about the word "death".
There are a lot of people claiming that doing detoxification will solve anything and everything.
